Changes to the EU MiCA register

Every change we record to the register we track, dated and linked to its primary sources. We diff the ESMA register weekly against our own snapshots and publish only changes to authorisation status, authorised services, authorisation dates, passporting countries, and legal entity. Follow any exchange by RSS from its profile to hear the moment its status changes.

No register status changes have been recorded since tracking began on . We diff the ESMA MiCA register weekly against our snapshots; changes to authorisation status, authorised services, authorisation dates, passporting countries, and legal entity appear here, each dated and confirmed against a second primary source before it is published.

How this list is compiled

Each Monday our runner snapshots the ESMA MiCA register. A change is detected by comparing the newest two snapshots by Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), so a provider renaming itself is never mistaken for a status change. We compare only status-bearing fields; edits to our own presentation or data hygiene never appear here. Before a change is published it is confirmed against a second primary source, normally the provider's home-state national competent authority register. An entry that cannot be confirmed against a second source is not published.

Removal from the register is reported in neutral terms: it can reflect a withdrawal, a merger, or a register correction, and we say so rather than asserting a reason we cannot source. See the full methodology. Corrections are welcome via the contact page.
