How to read this comparison.

Bitunix is not in the ESMA register today. That means from , it cannot legally offer crypto-asset services to EEA residents. The two licensed exchanges above can serve you immediately and without interruption.

What does "authorised services" mean?

MiCA Article 3(1)(16) defines ten distinct crypto-asset services. An exchange is authorised for each service separately. A wider range of authorised services means the exchange can legally offer more product types: custody, trading-platform operation, fiat conversion, crypto-to-crypto exchange, order execution, placing, reception/transmission of orders, advice, portfolio management, and transfer services.

What if I am already a customer of an unauthorised exchange?

You typically retain access to withdraw assets, but the exchange may stop accepting new EEA deposits or limit trading from onwards. Each exchange will communicate its own transition plan. Check the exchange's own announcements and consider transferring assets to a licensed provider before the deadline.
