The National Competent Authority of Luxembourg is responsible for MiCA authorisation and ongoing supervision of crypto-asset service providers domiciled there.
Can an exchange authorised in Luxembourg serve users in other EEA countries?
Yes. Under MiCA Article 65, an authorisation issued by the Luxembourg regulator allows passporting of services across all 30 EEA member states, subject to notification.
